Sales Professional

We are actively seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our team at Miquido. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for opening deals with new clients and managing them through to closure.
Responsibilities:- Leverage your current network and our extensive marketing outreach activities to identify and engage with potential clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals and securing referral business.
- Work closely with our product experts to prepare quotes and proposals in cooperation with business development leaders and consultants.
- Create sales opportunities, including upselling, by utilizing various sales channels, such as networking, inbound & outbound leads, referrals.
- 5+ years of experience in selling technology solutions, preferably in the fintech industry, to high-level corporates and enterprises.
- High energy, hunger for success, curiosity to learn, ambition, passion, ability to listen to leadership, contribute positively to the team, and courage to speak your mind.
- Proven track record of selling, maintaining, and growing strong professional networks within companies and industries, overachieving targets.
- Ability to demonstrate professional networks of business contacts in specific areas and methodologies for growing and maintaining those networks.
- Thorough understanding of software products integration and implementation into clients' processes and workflows for maximum impact and value.
- Previous experience in fintech would be advantageous.
- Interest in new technologies and up-to-date with current market changes.
- Fluent English (C1 level).
- Demonstrated experience in identifying, initiating, and developing relationships with senior decision-makers in new potential clients.
- Experience in selling and upselling to current clients with strong relationship development and maintenance skills.
- Honesty and ethical behavior as key driving factors and a highly collaborative approach.
- Willingness to share knowledge, introduce changes, and contribute to the sales team's success.
- Strong ability to focus, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong ability to maintain meticulous records and data within our CRM system.
- Ability to work effectively with marketing resources to research leads, develop content for outreach campaigns, and act quickly on expressed interest from MQLs.
- Ability to convert MQLs to SQLs via initial presentation of marketing and sales materials.
- Articulate and passionate; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Financial Technology.
- Knowledge of CRM and other sales organizational tools.
- Monthly salary: PHP 80,000.00.
