Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team in the livestreaming industry. This role will focus on recruiting, onboarding, and managing Agency Managers across various livestreaming platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding of Agency Managers:
- Identify and recruit top-tier agency managers for different livestreaming platforms.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract agency managers to the platform.
- Manage the full onboarding process for new agency managers, including guiding them through initial platform setup and operations.
- Conduct thorough orientation sessions for agency managers to ensure they understand platform policies and guidelines.
- Lead training sessions that equip agency managers with the skills needed to successfully manage agencies and livestreaming talent.
- Provide ongoing education and updates on platform features and best practices.
- Oversee the contract signing process with agency managers, ensuring all legal and regulatory compliance requirements are met.
- Review and explain platform policies and expectations to agency managers before and after contract signing.
- Act as a point of contact for any questions regarding policies and terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency managers to ensure long-term partnership success.
- Offer continuous support and guidance to agency managers to optimize their operations and maximize growth.
- Resolve any challenges or issues that arise for agency managers, ensuring a smooth partnership experience.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and developments within the livestreaming and entertainment industry.
- Understand competitor strategies and adapt recruitment tactics accordingly.
- Provide insights to internal teams about market demands, opportunities, and challenges.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to agency growth and platform adoption.
- Provide regular reports to leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement in the agency recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, recruitment, or agency management (preferably within the digital or livestreaming industry).
- Strong knowledge of livestreaming platforms, content creators, and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to conduct training sessions and manage orientation programs.
- Strong understanding of contracts and legal compliance related to agency partnerships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving industry.
