Software Quality Assurance Manager Position

The Software Quality Assurance Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications by overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of test phases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define, implement, and manage the overall testing strategy for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of test phases, managing resources and timelines for testing activities.
  • Manage and mentor Test Leads and their teams, fostering a culture of quality and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align testing with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • At least 8 years of Software Testing experience, including leadership roles.
  • Experience in Software Testing for Web Applications, Mobile Applications, and Automation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders effectively.
