Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Risk Management & Compliance Senior Analyst. This role will be responsible for providing regional oversight and working with team members on deliverables for the respective area of responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge in finance processes and controls, strong analytical and risk management skills, and the ability to guide compliance professionals in working with various business partners including senior leaders across the enterprise.

  • Adopt a strategic mindset for execution of daily tasks.
  • Support and prepare foundational analytics for evidence-based decision making.
  • Demonstrate strong learning agility.
  • Understand policies and drive accountability on business compliance.
  • View issues with a risk-based lens and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Generally 4-6 years of work experience.
  • At least 1-2 years of management/supervisory experience.
  • Specialized knowledge in underlying business processes and accounting background.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills (ability to measure).
  • Accounting background for Payroll and Finance for Risk Management, SOX, and User Access.
  • Independent, objective thinking and strong professional ethics.
