Job Description

We're a leading provider of global outsourced services, offering contact center and back-office solutions to our clients worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have strong BPO experience and be able to work effectively with local and national sales teams to ensure seamless delivery of materials.

A key aspect of this role is maintaining the commercial library system, reviewing schedules for missing material, and ensuring all commercials meet industry standards.

  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Maintain the commercial library system and review schedules regularly.
  • Ensure all commercials have CAD information assigned in accordance with industry standards.
  • Adjust bookings and material arrangements as required.
  • Create Autogen lists on a monthly basis.
  • Clear the local assist inbox of requests made by sales offices and internally by the department.
Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong BPO experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of commercial television industry standards.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
