Job Overview

This role involves managing end-to-end Seller Central operations, ensuring account performance and scalability. The ideal candidate will oversee daily execution and long-term strategy to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

Main Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Account Ownership: Manage entire Seller Central operation from start to finish.
  • Account Health & Compliance: Ensure the account meets Amazon's requirements and policies.
  • Case Management & Reimbursements: Handle customer cases and process reimbursements efficiently.
  • Listing Creation & Optimisation: Develop and implement listing strategies for optimal visibility and sales.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data to inform business decisions and create reports to track progress.
  • Logistics & Inventory Reconciliation: Coordinate logistics and inventory management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Inventory Forecasting & Planning: Develop accurate forecasts and plans to optimize inventory levels.
  • Pricing & Promotions Management: Implement pricing and promotional strategies to drive sales and revenue.
  • Product Information Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships and resolve issues efficiently.
Required Competencies
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central with private label brands.
  • Solid background in Amazon shipment creation, logistics coordination, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Strong case management and problem-solving skills on Amazon Seller Central.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute pricing tactics, run promotions, coupons, and deals.
  • Experience managing multiple Amazon marketplaces, including the UK (required) and EU (preferred).
