Salary: 70,000 -100,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT

What We're Looking For

  • Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum of seven years post-CPA qualification experience required. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is mandatory.
  • Excellent English communication skills (speaking, writing, comprehension) are essential. University degree with an average score of 80% or higher; transcript required.
  • Experience in fund administration is a must-have, preferably within financial services or fund management companies.
    This includes Investment Operations, specifically fund administration and reporting on real estate investments.

Nice to Have:

  • Legal background or experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Familiarity with servicing calculators and other lending-related software is also beneficial for assessing loan options.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the general ledger, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, and ensure they are accurate, timely, and compliant with accounting standards.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data, identify trends, and prepare reports summarizing the financial position of the company.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Coordinate budgeting processes and forecasts, and assist in preparing annual budgets.
  • Manage tax compliance, including preparing and filing tax returns for review by an external advisor.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls and procedures, ensuring compliance with accounting best practices, policies, and statutory requirements.
