What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Workplace Management Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, interior design, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience working in leading international and specialist space, design, and workplace consultancy firms based in the Asia region.

The successful candidate will have expertise in project management, especially in design, space, and workplace management. They will also possess excellent analytical, negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills developed in a multicultural business environment.

In addition, the candidate will have experience in CAD and related computer applications for design and space planning, as well as demonstrated people management skills including mentoring skills for senior and junior direct and indirect reports.

The ideal candidate will also have commercial experience, with budget, technical, and vendor management capabilities, and excellent skills in creative presentation, and written and verbal communication in English.
