As a leading professional in the field of e-commerce operations, you will be responsible for driving the day-to-day performance and optimization of our online store.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing DTC e-commerce platforms, preferably in beauty/wellness/lifestyle brands. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of e-commerce operations, including sales, promotions, content updates, product merchandising, email and SMS campaigns, and site analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize all product display pages (PDPs), ensuring accurate content, strong SEO, and conversion-forward design
  • Oversee homepage, navigation, and seasonal merchandising updates
  • Plan and execute product launches and sales promotions

Content and Blog:

  • Update and publish blog content regularly, provided by the editorial team
  • Collaborate on ideas to tie site content to brand campaigns and seasonal storytelling

Analytics and Optimization:

  • Monitor Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics performance metrics
  • Track and report on site health, average order value, conversion rates, and bounce rates
  • Make actionable recommendations to improve performance and customer experience

Team Liaison:

  • Communicate clearly with the offshore development team to troubleshoot bugs and implement technical updates

Requirements:

  • 3+ years managing DTC e-commerce, preferably in beauty/wellness/lifestyle brands
  • Deep experience with Shopify and Klaviyo (email and SMS)
  • Confident with GA, analytics tools, heatmaps, and data interpretation
  • Strong eye for detail and UX
  • Excellent copy, communication, and project management skills
