We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Lead to drive the adoption of Agile methodologies across our organization.

Job Description

This role will involve working closely with the Head of Projects to guide PMO teams through the transition from traditional Waterfall project management to Agile practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and enhancing the overall project experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Agile Transformation Leadership - Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies across the organization.
  • Stakeholder Management - Manage and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Project Experience Enhancement - Focus on providing a seamless project experience by implementing best practices and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Team Coaching - Mentor and coach teams in Agile practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Process Improvement - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Performance Monitoring - Track and report on project progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
