Job Overview

KMC Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Sales Lead to join our team in Manila. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives who sell Pitney Bowes postage meter supplies to existing business clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Development
  • Provide daily leadership, coaching, and development for the Manila-based team of Supplies Sales Agents to consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales quotas
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance performance while coordinating with US-based management

Performance Metrics

  • Track and analyze team and individual performance metrics (call volume, conversion rates, sales totals, client satisfaction) for the Manila team
  • Serve as the local extension of US Managers in reinforcing expectations and holding team members accountable for KPIs

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of successful B2B/B2C sales experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading teams to success
  • Strong understanding of telesales techniques and metrics
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
