Product Success Specialist

The Product Support Officer is responsible for ensuring the successful launch and ongoing success of products. This role oversees end-to-end processes and customer journeys, aligning product objectives with organizational stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop clear product strategies to meet stakeholder expectations.
- Create product designs based on business objectives, market requirements, system capabilities, risk, and coverage.
- Coordinate marketing materials for product launches and promotions.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver products or services efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably Business.
- At least 3 years' experience in product management, with strong presentation skills and agile environment experience.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in computer and business applications.
- Willingsness to be based in Davao City.
