Remote Customer Service Agent Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our remote team as a Customer Service Agent. This role involves conducting concierge calls and provider-matching calls to clients with service requirements.

The ideal candidate will have over 1 year of experience making outbound calls, including appointment setting, and possess reliable internet, good computer specs, and a quiet environment to make high-quality calls.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Understand client needs and provide quality service.
  2. Conduct basic research and maintain accurate records.
  3. Engage in phone conversations with clients as an executive assistant, balancing professionalism and friendliness.
  4. Document conversations with clients in a clear and concise manner.
  5. Adapt to changing work situations and deliver results efficiently.
  6. Maintain focus and productivity while meeting deadlines.
  7. Initiate and execute innovative ideas to improve performance.
  8. Work independently with minimal supervision, managing personal productivity effectively.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have at least 1 year of BPO experience, preferably in a work-from-home environment. They should also have keen attention to detail, familiarity with remote work tools, and the ability to multitask and think creatively.
