Global Business Solutions Architect

This is a highly specialized role that involves partnering closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, secure, and client-centric solutions. As a Global Business Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in shaping how we approach solution design across the region, helping enterprise clients unlock the full potential of our platform through thoughtful architecture and consultative guidance.

The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling and solution-selling abilities, as well as a solid understanding of SaaS architecture and cloud platforms. They will be able to turn complex technical topics into clear business value and possess confident communication skills, including strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.

In addition to these skills, the successful candidate will have familiarity with Human Capital Management (HCM) and Learning & Development (L&D) solutions, as well as knowledge of integration methods (APIs, SSO, data feeds). They will also be able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, with experience in technical documentation and solution design.

The role requires a team-oriented mindset, with experience working across functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for consulting with potential clients, providing strategic business and technical guidance on implementing our solutions. They will also provide expert guidance on integrations, configurations, and product capabilities, supporting Sales by answering technical questions and handling solution presentations.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a background in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or SaaS architecture, with solid experience with cloud computing, integration technologies, and security protocols. You will also need to be able to engage with clients and lead technical discussions, with prior experience in HCM or L&D solutions being a plus.
