About the Role

We are seeking a skilled BIM Associate I to support our architectural and engineering projects in a fully remote capacity.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating onboarding permit drawings, working with Revit models, and assisting with schematic design tasks. If you have experience with BIM workflows and are passionate about building information modeling, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities
  • Create and manage onboarding permit drawings (light, permit, enterprise).
  • Assist with schematic design and tender package creation.
  • Convert point clouds into Revit models and support with sales plans.
  • Model Revit families and assist in basic building systems coordination.
  • Produce graphic materials and presentations to communicate design concepts.
  • Provide testfit design support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (Professional degree preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Revit (modeling, families, point cloud conversion).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Experience in BIM workflows, particularly in architecture or engineering projects.
  • Knowledge of building information modeling standards and best practices.
  • Familiarity with construction documentation and design coordination.
