Building Information Modelling Expert

Job Role:
- Convert drawings to 3D models in Revit
- Perform clash detection and coordination
- Process point cloud scans into 3D models
- Prepare and submit requests for information (RFIs)
- Verify that project requirements, including drawings, specifications, and instructions, are met to ensure successful project management
- Act as the first line of quality control
- Identify project issues, such as schedule delays, quality concerns, and productivity problems, and work with team managers and project managers to resolve them
- Additional tasks related to the role may be assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit
- Basic knowledge of reading plans, including Civil, Structural, Architecture, and MEPF
- Basic understanding of Navisworks
