Job Overview

This role focuses on developing engaging content for paid advertising across various social media platforms to attract potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, launch, and monitor paid social media advertising campaigns in multiple regions to achieve the goal of attracting candidates.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to provide consultative advice on paid advertising types and campaigns based on platform knowledge and market insights.
  • Manage assigned projects independently, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to gather information, brainstorm ideas, and ensure content aligns with overall social media strategy.
  • Analyze the efficiency of paid content types based on key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media marketing on each platform (e.g. Meta/Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Knowledgeable in search engine optimization, content creation using Canva and CapCut, proofreading, and overall social media best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
  • Ability to be flexible during the creative process and adjust priorities for business needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications, or certificate from a creative design program.
  • Fluency in English is required, with additional language proficiency being a plus.
