We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Operations Manager/Customer Success Manager. This dual-role position combines operational leadership with client coaching and relationship management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance to clients, helping them achieve business growth through effective lead follow-up and closing techniques.
Key Responsibilities- Client Management & Coaching:
- Offer supportive and assertive guidance to drive client accountability and results
- Operational Leadership:
- Liaise between clients and the media buying team to ensure alignment and execution
- Build and improve client systems using CRM software
- Track and log all client interactions for transparency and follow-through
- Strategic Support:
- Analyze performance data and provide insights to clients and internal team
- Potentially assist with recruiting and onboarding future hires as the agency scales
- Proven experience in operations management or customer success
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Excellent command of English; familiarity with Western business culture
- Business-savvy with the ability to coach entrepreneurs in various industries
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a remote, self-managed environment
- Experience with CRM software is a must
