Business Development Leader Role

TaskUs, a leading provider of outsourced digital services and customer experience solutions, is seeking a seasoned Business Development Leader to spearhead strategic growth initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will drive business development strategies, establish strong relationships with clients, and identify new opportunities for growth.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the German market, excellent sales skills, and a proven track record of achieving revenue growth. You should also be well-versed in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, as well as having a strong understanding of BPO services, industry trends, and market dynamics.

As a Business Development Leader, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Identifying, prospecting, and engaging with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Setting and tracking KPIs to measure the effectiveness of activities.

Key qualifications and requirements for this role include:

  • 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
  • Excellent knowledge of the German market.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in the retail and e-commerce sectors.
  • Strong understanding of BPO services, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Agile, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
