We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing innovative design solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our team to create high-quality architectural designs and presentations using Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion software. A strong background in rendering, construction documentation, and detailing is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop architectural designs and construction documentation using Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion
  • Create detailed renderings and visualizations to communicate design concepts effectively
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and adherence to project specifications
  • Review and refine architectural plans, elevations, and sections
  • Produce detailed construction drawings and specifications
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and documentation
  • Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion software
  • Strong understanding of construction methods and building systems
  • Excellent rendering and visualization skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
