Transformational Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital sales rooms. As a key member of the design team, they collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to uncover high-leverage opportunities and turn them into user-centered experiences.

With 4-6+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, the ideal candidate brings a strong portfolio showcasing UX depth and UI excellence. Their expertise in prototyping, design systems, and storytelling enables them to drive impact and quality in their work.

The Senior Designer is responsible for designing intuitive and human-centered experiences that solve real problems, prototyping with conviction, and shaping strategy to align with business goals. Their ability to set and raise the bar for quality, pushing themselves and others to deliver at a high standard, is essential for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English and asynchronous communication skills, with reliable UK-time overlap. A background in software engineering is a plus, though coding is not required. The successful candidate will also have experience with Lean/Agile methods, usability testing, and WCAG principles.
