We are seeking a Career Management Specialist to join our team in career development and succession planning. This role involves creating partnerships with HR and management to design organizational structures, conduct workforce planning, and ensure clarity, equity, and competitive compensation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design organizational structures and conduct workforce planning to meet business goals
  • Conduct job analyses and evaluations to ensure clarity, equity, and competitive compensation
  • Create and maintain accurate job descriptions reflecting responsibilities and performance expectations
  • Partner with HR and management to deliver solutions in career development, talent management, and succession planning
  • Standardize HR processes for career management, job evaluation, and documentation compliance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. A graduate degree in Business-related, Behavioral Science, or Human Resource-related field is required, along with at least three years of working knowledge in multiple human resource disciplines.

You should also have strong knowledge of talent management, HR processes, and employee development, as well as be knowledgeable in Organizational Design, Job Evaluation, and Job Analysis.

  • Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any Business-related, Behavioral Science, or Human Resource-related course
  • Knowledgeable in Organizational Design, Job Evaluation, and Job Analysis
  • At least three (3) years working knowledge in multiple human resource disciplines
  • Strong knowledge of talent management, HR processes, and employee development
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Amenable to work in Makati City
