Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Project Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our office fit-out projects, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction and design initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables specific to construction and office fit-out projects.
  • Site Management: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist in preparing project cost estimates and budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Procurement and Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain organized records of contracts, drawings, change orders, and other project-related documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in project management, focusing on office fit-out, construction, or real estate sectors.
  • Skills: Proven ability to co-manage multiple office fit-out projects simultaneously, with a strong record of completing them on time and within budget.
