Your tasks will include coordinating schedules and reserving venues for meetings within the scope of the Property Management Office, as well as maintaining an updated directory of unit owners/resident/tenant, building contractors, service providers, and other relevant individuals necessary for building operations.
You will also be responsible for preparing all purchase requisitions and purchase orders for the PMO, monitoring office supplies, and ordering based on reorder levels. Additionally, you will assist the PM/PE in facilitating compliance with all relevant and statutory permits, reminding them of important deadlines, and ensuring that all unit owner/resident/tenant calls and complaints are recorded and updated if possible.
