About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Product Development Specialist to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, including direct communication, sample sourcing, pricing negotiation, and timeline management.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. They will also be able to conduct financial analyses for new and ongoing products, including cost and margin analysis, to ensure profitable outcomes.

  • Manage timelines and meet deadlines to ensure timely delivery of all new products launched per season.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in product development and a strong understanding of product development processes and requirements. They will also have experience in financial analysis and data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing product development strategies that align with business goals.
  • Sourcing new suppliers to meet business needs, including researching and evaluating potential suppliers.
