About the Role

We are seeking skilled writers to join our team as documentation professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to create high-quality, engaging content that helps customers and employees understand complex information.

You will work closely with technical teams to develop clear instructions, guides, and other documentation that meets our high standards. As a documentation professional, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects and develop your skills in research, writing, and communication.

Your success in this role will depend on your ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively. You should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality documentation that is clear, concise, and engaging
  • Work with technical teams to develop documentation that meets our high standards
  • Conduct research to gather information and ensure accuracy
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals
  • Develop and maintain documentation templates and formats
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in writing and editing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with documentation software and tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with documentation software such as Confluence, Zendesk Guide, or similar
  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git
  • Understanding of SEO principles
  • Basic understanding of software development

  • Experience with Vellum (documentation writing tool)
