Role Description

Monitor and manage resolved loans by tracking relevant processes to ensure compliance. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks. Strong communication skills are required to analyze legal documents and determine repayment obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and manage resolved loans.
  • Request copies of orders/agreements from legal representatives.
  • Review and interpret legal documents to determine repayment obligations.
  • Maintain regular communication with law firms to track loan resolution progress.
  • Prepare and distribute final statements to borrowers and stakeholders upon successful loan repayment.
  • Assist in the registration and withdrawal of mortgages and caveats.
  • Send closure confirmation emails upon successful loan repayment and resolution.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in loan administration, finance or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of financial documents, loan agreements and legal orders.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy and professionalism when dealing with sensitive client matters.
