Job Description

This role involves working closely with HR stakeholders to maintain a healthy level of partnership and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Auditng and updating content-related platforms such as the HR Knowledge Base and SAP One pages
  • SUPPORTING global and regional projects and initiatives which may be driven towards simplification, ticket prevention, process improvement, or automation
  • FOLLOWING guidelines and policies in managing confidential data
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Customer-oriented skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and volume-driven environment
  • Japanese Language Proficiency equivalent to Level 2 or Native
  • Excellent oral and written skills in both English and Japanese
  • 0-3 years of HR specialist/generalist experience
