Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Project Manager in our Business Support Management group.

As a key member of our team, you will partner with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and support change management efforts across various Centers of Excellence.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement project management best practices and procedures.
  • Analyzing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Developing and maintaining Standing Operating Procedures and tracking headcount positions and requisitions.
  • Partnering with regional stakeholders to aggregate business data and create effective periodic business update materials.
  • Assisting with execution of innovative opportunities and tracking progress.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project and/or operational roles.
  • Proven track record in successful business management and/or project management.
  • Ability to understand business systems data and relate it effectively to operations and strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of translating findings into meaningful business insights.
  • Advanced presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint.
