Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executives. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, compiling and distributing meeting minutes, and facilitating communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for executives, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars
  • Compile and distribute meeting minutes to executives, board members, and stockholders
  • Attend meetings as instructed by the President and CEO to take down minutes of other departments
  • Facilitate coordination meetings to ensure smooth communication between departments
  • Direct office services, including records and budget preparation, personnel, and housekeeping, to aid executives
  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, ensuring timely and efficient use of their time
  • Coordinate with other departments to address operations concerns and keep the Executive Committee informed of developments
