Technical Lead Full-Stack Developer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with expertise in full-stack software development to drive our digital transformation journey. As a key member of our IT team, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions for our biggest client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the integration of a 3rd party software application with our internal data infrastructure using automation principles.
  • Review and modernize existing automation design using microservice architecture principles to ensure stability and support of the codebase.
  • Collaborate with domain experts to implement required enrichment and rules for proper automation integration.
  • Educate non-development team members on software development best practices and present designs to developers for review, alignment, and feedback.
  • Work within a scrum team environment to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • 8+ years of hands-on full-stack experience in multiple languages (Python, C#, SQL, Javascript, VueJS, Angular, NodeJS).
  • 2+ years driving software architecture and engineering best practices.
  • 5+ years developing with design patterns and microservices infrastructure.
  • 2+ years DevOps experience setting up CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments.
  • Strong communication skills to explain, diagram, and document design decisions.

Complementary competencies include Data ETL experience, Wireless Telecom background, Agile/Scrum team experience, Cloud experience, and ability to coach junior developers.

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or closely related discipline is required.

Work Conditions:
  • Flexible Work From Home setup.
  • Golden Hour (4PM – 1AM Manila) schedule.
  • Monday-Friday workweek with weekends off.
  • No on-call responsibilities.
  • No overtime expected.
