Senior Fashion Creative

We are seeking an accomplished fashion professional to spearhead the creation of original designs, oversee production processes, and leverage expertise in CAD software to enhance creative workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative design concepts aligned with current trends and market requirements
  • Create detailed technical drawings and patterns using CAD software
  • Select fabrics, embellishments, color, and style for each garment
  • Collaborate with designers, production teams, and suppliers to ensure design vision is realized
  • Oversee fitting, adjustments, and final modifications of prototypes
  • Present design ideas and collections to stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fashion design, with a strong portfolio
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or AutoCAD
  • Excellent sense of fashion trends, fabrics, and color theory
  • Strong sketching and illustration skills
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality, unique designs
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in sustainable fashion design
  • Knowledge of pattern making and garment construction
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
