The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact with people at all levels. They will also possess strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide logistical support to seafarers, including arranging flights, hotel accommodations, and immigration requirements.
  2. Communicate with vessel Masters, fleet cells, mobilisation cells, port agents, travel providers, and customers to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  3. Maintain accurate records of logistical support in ShipSure and ticketing platform.
  4. Utilise required technology to provide logistical support, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years' experience in a crewing company or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
