Job Summary

The Compliance Analyst role is responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and maintaining a strong risk management framework.

This position involves ongoing oversight of compliance with regulatory, legislative, contractual, and risk management requirements and reporting. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist in the development and maintenance of compliance processes and checklists in various regions.

  • Maintain ongoing oversight over ResultsCX's compliance with regulatory, legislative, contractual, and risk management requirements and reporting (ROC & SOC)
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of compliance processes and checklists in different regions
  • Research and analyze changes in regulatory and legislative requirements
  • Provide support to various departments and business units by participating on working committees and test groups as required
  • Maintain regular communication and contact with other sites and monitor and report on performance
  • Analyze new legislation to determine its impact on risk exposure and ensure that compliance-related activities are coordinated
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • University degree and 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with compliance and/or risk management/audit
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, compliance reporting such as ROC and SOC
