Marketing Designer Role

This role involves developing and executing high-impact creative design briefs across marketing and sales divisions, targeting enterprise professionals in the UK.

  • Design creative assets for marketing campaigns, including social media ads, display ads, email graphics, event banners, landing page imagery, and promo videos.
  • Work within established brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all channels while injecting fresh creativity.
  • Adapt visuals for various platforms and formats to ensure optimal performance and readability.
  • Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and other designers to align visuals with campaign goals.
  • Manage multiple fast-moving projects with tight deadlines, from concept to final delivery.

Key qualifications include 2+ years of experience as a marketing designer or similar role, expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, animation creation, and video editing skills. Analytical mind, ability to optimise design for performance using data-driven insights, and excellent communication skills are also essential.
