E-Commerce Strategy & Operations

  • We are looking for someone who can develop and execute e-commerce strategies to increase sales and customer retention.
  • The ideal candidate will manage and optimize the company's e-commerce website, social commerce strategies (including TikTok live selling), and digital marketing efforts to drive revenue, customer engagement, and brand growth.
  • To ensure smooth order fulfillment, logistics, and customer service operations, we need someone with excellent problem-solving skills.

Live Selling & Social Commerce

  • We are seeking a professional who can oversee TikTok live selling campaigns and collaborate with influencers or hosts to maximize conversions.
  • The ideal candidate will plan and execute engaging live-selling sessions to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • To analyze live-selling performance and implement strategies for improvement, we need someone with strong analytical skills.

Digital Marketing & Advertising

  • We are looking for a digital marketing expert who can manage online marketing campaigns, including paid ads (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).
  • The ideal candidate will optimize SEO, content marketing, and email marketing strategies to improve ROI.
  • To track and analyze digital marketing performance, we need someone with proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and online ad platforms.

Sales & Performance Tracking

  • We are seeking a data-driven professional who can monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, traffic, and revenue.
  • The ideal candidate will analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • To prepare regular reports and insights for senior management, we need someone with excellent leadership skills.

Team & Vendor Management

  • We are looking for a team player who can coordinate with internal teams, such as designers, developers, and customer support.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in retail or digital sales, is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, or similar platforms is essential.
  • Experience in social media marketing, live selling, and influencer collaborations is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and online ad platforms is a requirement.
