Lead Structural Modeler

We are seeking a skilled Structural Detailer to join our team. This role involves setting modeling standards and ensuring the quality and accuracy of models, while collaborating with clients and participating in continuous improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Produce structural drawings and create Revit models that meet quality standards.
- Quality check own work, and project and design modelers.
- Execute advanced model execution (complex geometry) and ensure construction documents are accurately modeled.
- Follow BIM content standards and development procedures.
- Work closely with the project team to obtain project information and ensure drawings are accurate and complete.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Associates or combined education and experience.
- Autodesk Certified Professional: Revit for Structural Design.
- 3+ years of full-time work experience in structural design.
- Experience in mid-sized structural projects.
- 3+ years Revit Experience.
- Working knowledge Tekla, and SDS/2, and/or StrucSoft highly preferred.
- Strong organization, oral, and written communication skills.
- Independent worker, self-directed.
- Associate.
