Business Process Solutions Specialist

The successful candidate will work as part of a team responsible for the internal implementation of Med-Metrix's Suite of Revenue Cycle Technology.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in assessment meetings to develop design documentation using best practice recommendations of the AnalytX Suite of Revenue Cycle Technology.
- Develop and demonstrate an understanding of business needs, expectations, and requirements for each implementation.
- Translate Visio documentation to pseudocode intended for the development and QA teams.
- Analyze errors based on user acceptance testing results and provide solutions.
- Work with large data sets to identify potential improvement opportunities and present data to support these recommendations to the project team.
- Support clients utilizing the AnalytX Suite of Products after deployment.
- Diagnose application bugs and gather supporting technical documentation of issues working directly with the development and QA teams.
- Lead ongoing support calls with existing customers post go live.
- Protect and disclose patients' protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with HIPAA standards.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 1 year of prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications.
- Experience documenting business rules and technical processes into logical structures and diagrams.
- Able to understand complex software applications.
- Proven capability specifically with MS Excel and/or MS SQL Server with a desire to expand on those capabilities.
- Able to prioritize workload and work effectively with minimal supervision.
