Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to develop and execute engaging online strategies that drive brand awareness and conversion.


Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media campaigns across multiple platforms to increase reach and engagement.
  • Create high-quality content, including graphics, videos, captions, and stories, aligned with the brand voice and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust campaigns based on insights to optimize results.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to maintain fresh and relevant content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid advertising, and influencer partnerships.
  • Engage with online audiences by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives with social-first content ideas.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising, influencer outreach, or SEO is a plus.
  • Highly organized, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
