- Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support and manage client communications in a professional and timely manner.
- Handle calls and email inquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Perform administrative tasks such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, work order processing, notices, compliances, lease renewals, document preparation, email management, and other similar duties.
- Manage marketing and social media efforts to promote our business and engage with clients.
- Comply with client-specific Standard Operating Procedures in performing daily tasks and ensure seamless execution.
- Stay updated with changes in Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines to provide the best possible service.
- Represent our company values effectively both within and outside the organization.
- Provide data and information to the leadership team as required for informed decision-making.
- Perform additional services as needed, which may be related or unrelated to primary obligations.
- Fundamental English language skills in spoken and written form.
- Willingness to undergo background checks to ensure a safe and trustworthy work environment.
- A clear and neutral American accent to communicate effectively with clients.
- A quiet home office setting with minimal distractions.
- Availability to work on non-traditional hours, including night shifts, if necessary.
- A fast and reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10MBPS and backup options available.
- Dependable electricity supply with power backup systems in place.
- Up-to-date computer equipment with an Intel Core i3 processor, at least 8GB RAM, and a solid-state drive (SSD).
- Paid training to ensure successful job performance from day one.
