Procurement Analyst

The Operations Director seeks a skilled Procurement Analyst to support the team as a key contributor.

Job Description
  • This role involves designing and running a global end-to-end inventory intelligence platform, working with a distributed team to engineer dynamic procurement models that turn live stakeholder data into decision-ready insights.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a single-source-of-truth across key supply chain nodes, reconciling variances daily.
  • Proactively chase stakeholders for ETAs, logistics documentation, and exceptions; escalate delays before they block operational activity.
  • Transform raw data into concise, decision-ready insights for the Operations Director and wider Operations Department.
  • Build and refresh dynamic procurement models to support strategic decision making.
  • Stay ahead of tools and best practices; self-drive upskilling in analytics and supply-chain methods.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, preferably BSc Economics or equivalent analytical experience.
  • 2-4 years professional experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory roles supporting high-performance teams.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Advanced Excel modeling and data visualization.
  • Professional business English.
  • Persistent phone and email follow-up.
  • Process documentation.
  • Analytical mindset.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Basic SQL/Python for data automation.
  • Regulated supply chain exposure.
  • Worked on a project team.
