Product Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing our supplement products through strategic improvements in taste, packaging, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product enhancements with brand positioning.
  • Analyze customer feedback and utilize data analytics to measure the success of product improvements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve product taste, formulation, and packaging.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product development within the supplements or health & wellness industry.
  • Proven track record of improving product taste, formulation, and packaging.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
