Job Overview

The Product Marketing Content Specialist role involves providing operational support to the content subdomain of Product Marketing. This includes creating, copywriting, and managing content for various channels and platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support product content creation, including product collateral development and release content execution.
  • Create, copywrite, and manage content for multiple channels and platforms, such as websites, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Contribute to other aspects of Product Marketing, including product roadmap planning and competitor research, where tasks involve product content.
  • Help execute all product marketing work plans.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and execute product launch activities.
  • Suggest creative ideas for crafting value propositions, messaging, product content, and collateral.
  • Manage and track collateral, information, and content maintained by the Product Marketing Team, alerting the Product Marketing Manager to any issues that require attention.
  • Ensure that all content marketing plan KPIs, objectives, and deadlines are met.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in product marketing, with a focus on product content/content writing/copywriting. Fresh graduates with relevant marketing experience are also welcome to apply.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Meticulousness, methodical approach, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace (Google Docs, etc.).
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Persistence and resourcefulness.
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills; good business correspondence skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willininess to work overtime when needed.
