Your Role

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to lead catalogue creation, drive impactful initiatives, and thrive within an organization committed to growth and development.

Your Responsibilities
  • Own Catalogue Delivery: Take accountability for catalogue delivery, ensuring effective product showcase, budget adherence, and alignment with the overall plan.
  • Manage Production: Oversee the catalogue production timeline, coordinating content inputs and deliveries to meet publishing deadlines.
  • Ensure Quality & Compliance: Guarantee content meets catalogue production guidelines and agreed-upon processes.
  • Drive Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Commercial, Digital, Legal) and external collaborators to secure necessary content and approvals.
  • Oversee Quality Control: Conduct thorough proofreading and quality checks for all catalogue elements, ensuring accuracy in product descriptions and imagery.
  • Manage CMS: Directly build and manage catalogue content within our Content Management System.
Key Skills & Qualifications
  • A proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in producing digital content at scale is beneficial.
  • A meticulous eye for detail.
  • The capacity to perform effectively under pressure and adjust to evolving priorities.
  • Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
