- Compile and maintain accurate records of business activities and office operations
- Process mail, checks, and other documents efficiently
- Maintain office equipment and technology
- Audit and update database, inventory, and filing systems
- Sort, route, and distribute incoming mail
- Prepare and send outgoing mail
- Perform various administrative tasks, including running errands and delivering messages
- Procure services, supplies, and materials
- Co-ordinate appointments, manage calendars, and schedule work
