Job Opportunity

Pump Maintenance Specialist required to manage national service provider for fuel system and hose maintenance contracts.

  • Oversee pump maintenance activities, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and safety.
  • Leverage CMMS platforms to track work orders, maintenance schedules, and asset histories.
  • Review service provider performance through data analysis, audits, and stakeholder feedback to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement process optimization initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce downtime, and lower maintenance costs.

About the Role

This Pump Maintenance Specialist will:

  • Manage multiple maintenance projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S regulations and industry best practices for retail, petroleum, and convenience environments.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and update CMMS systems.

Requirements

We are seeking a qualified individual with:

  • Degree in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or at least 5 years' experience in managing repairs and maintenance works.
  • Background in working with oil or petroleum companies, particularly with underground tanking systems.
  • Proficiency with Maintenance Management Systems or CMMS tools such as Maximo, Simpro, or similar platforms.
