Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels during peak periods and offer call, text, and chat support as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of performance with clients, utilizing established protocols and best practices for every scenario.
  • Develop effective relationships with stakeholders through communication channels and remain organized by tracking client information.
  • Carefully coordinate patient follow-up care, conduct regular assessments & check-ins, and collaborate with the operations team to address client needs.
  • Prioritize empathy and proactivity in supporting clients in need.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-4 years experience working in a helpline role.
  • Training in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) or equivalent.
  • Certification in Psychological First Aid and Suicide Prevention.
  • A master's degree in Psychology is preferred.
  • Reliability, professionalism, and excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog.
  • Openness to feedback and willingness to improve and develop.
  • Technical proficiency with Zoom for meetings and online development courses.
