Job Description

The team requires an Admin Support Specialist to assist with day-to-day operations based in Australia. This involves processing rental applications, updating compliance records, issuing notices, and ensuring accurate documentation within the property management system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process high-volume rental applications during weekly periods
  • Send daily rental arrears reports to Property Managers and issue automated reminder emails via a designated platform
  • Prepare and issue Notices of Rent Increases using a provided schedule, forwarding copies to Property Managers
  • Upload Gas and Electrical Compliance reports to tenant files and send copies through a dedicated platform
  • Prepare Tenant Transfer documentation for submission to Property Managers, including transfer forms and condition reports
  • Assign TAPI invoices to Property Managers for processing
  • Liaise with tenants and trades for scheduling or completion updates on TAPI job requests
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of administrative support experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with property management systems is highly desirable
  • Basic understanding of Australian rental property procedures and compliance processes
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
  • Proactive, responsive, and collaborative in a remote work setting
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks while ensuring quality and consistency
