This is a stable, long-term position in a top real estate team focused on building relationships online and creating opportunities with other agents. As Social Media Engagement & Outreach Coordinator, you will master social engagement, learn modern recruiting strategies, and work with a team that values care, accountability, coachability, knowledge, and transparency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reply to all comments, mentions, and direct messages on our social channels within 24 hours
  • Like, comment, and engage meaningfully with followers' posts and stories
  • Find and connect with Houston real estate agents on LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Warm up conversations by engaging with agents' posts before reaching out
  • Send personalized connection requests and follow-ups daily
  • Monitor hashtags and keywords to spot conversations and join in
  • Manage automation flows for IG and FB to ensure fast, consistent replies, tagging, and lead capture
  • Track and log all outreach in our CRM
  • Use tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Zoho Social to analyze which posts drive the most engagement and refine strategy
Success Metrics
  • 100% of comments/DMs answered within 24 hours
  • 20+ meaningful agent touches per day
  • 30+ new Houston agents added to CRM weekly
  • 10+ recruiting conversations per week that progress beyond
