Personalized LinkedIn Outreach and Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Personalized LinkedIn Outreach and Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for engaging high-level targets through personalized LinkedIn messages and executing warm email marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound prospecting and email marketing, with excellent written English skills and the ability to mirror our tone and style. You will also have strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and proficiency in using spreadsheets for tracking touchpoints and outcomes.

This is a part-time (20 hours per week) role that requires you to work within PST hours (9:00 AM - 2:00 PM). If you have experience in LinkedIn outbound prospecting, lead generation, or SDR roles, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role
  • Engage high-level targets through personalized LinkedIn messages
  • Execute warm email marketing campaigns
  • Track all touches and replies in a centralized tracker
  • Achieve a minimum of 1,000 LinkedIn messages per month with at least a 10% reply rate

Requirements
  • 12 years of experience in LinkedIn outbound prospecting, lead generation, or SDR roles
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in email marketing or campaign execution
  • Excellent written English skills with the ability to mirror our tone and style
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheets for tracking touchpoints and outcomes
